My domains are not resolving

If you have a new domain name or website that is not resolving, here is a check list to make sure everything is done correctly.

1. Make sure you have registered the domain name for that site.
2. Make sure you have set the name servers (or DNS) to point to Osirion. Remember, it takes up to 48 hours from the time you set name servers before they are working consistently.
3. Make sure you have added the domain name to your hosting control panel (shared and reseller need not do this for the primary domain name; it is already done by us).
4. Make sure you have uploaded or created a file in your website's document root.

Here are some extra points for VPS and Dedicated Server owners.

1. If you bind Apache to a different port, you will need to type that port number after your domain name.
   For example: http://mydomain.com:8081
2. If you bind Apache to a port other than port 80, you may need to allow access to that port through your computer's firewall.
